Watch out for the Shark

This past week Lucas started his swim lessons and he loves it!
He is a little shark. He loves to be tossed in the water, thrown in the water, dunked underwater, pushed in the water. Everything. He hasn’t gotten the hang of keeping his eyes closed underwater, so he always comes up crying because his eyes are burning from the chlorine. Once he dries them with a towel though he is happy as a clam and can’t wait to do it all over again.

Here he is taking off his clothes when he was told he would get to go swimming one day.

(There is an adult in the water with him)

He just loves to swim and I can’t wait till the day where I don’t have to worry about him falling into our own pool when he plays outside.

After those long days at the pool, my favorite thing to do is put him down for a nap.

*And a special hello from Jackson, WY where we are visiting the in-laws. Pictures to come*
